Flexfields in Sales Online

I am referring to ID ID 438190.1 to create flexfields for Sales Online. I need to create flexfields that will appear under "Lead Information" section for a Lead.
I have attempted to modify AS_SALES_LEAD flexfield, and the new fields appear under "Snapshot" section of Leads.

Does anyone have tips/tricks on how can I personalize the online page, and/or create flexfields for Sales Online?
