Cost Type - Alias COST - Equipment Work Order - Labor Tab - P13732

How does this field get populated automatically......if the Equipment WO does not have an item number assigned? (so....no P3003 routing set up). I am getting the field auto populated with value B1 when entering a work center in the legacy system, but no similar entry in 9.1. As the DMAAI 3122 keys off this cost type, it needs to be populated. I can see where it would populate from P3003 if the WO has a BOM item stored in the WO...........but I have many examples where there is no item stored in the WO and I'm getting a default in
