Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Line gets closed even though quantity shipped is very low and shipping tolerance is only 10%

Order Line gets closed even though quantity shipped is very low and shipping tolerance is only 10%

I have order lines which have tolerance 10%.

The quantity ordered is 3455 for this order line. The quantity shipped is only 298, still the order line got closed out.

User is complaining that there are many such order lines that are getting closed out. Any help is highly appreciated.
