BSSV Problem in calling UBE

I have a  BSSV to call NER and submit R42520 Print Prict Slip.

The BSSV is working local without any problem to submit the local job.

but the submit does not work on server

Please let me know

1. Do I need to turn on the Run Process to Asynchronously?

2. Is there anything else I need to check to work.
