Cycletime in each Stage

I need to measure cycletime in the Stage field -- cycletime would be  number of days difference from prior stage to next stage.  There are 5 Stages. I also need to emphasize or highlight  the Stage with the longest cycletime. I see the Audit Trail providing the dates when Stage is change. Any input is aprpeciated. Thanks.
