user cron is running on EST whereas system cron is runing on GMT

Hi All,

Could you anyone please help on fixing the below issue.

On my solaris 10 server, server root cron is running on GMT format whereas my user cron is running on EST format. Being the user while running date comand its showing as in GMT format.

Any help would be appriciated.
