CTI login/logout problem in Siebel 8.1.1.9 when using Keep Push Alive driver.

In Siebel 8.1.1.9 server environment running on AIX Operating System, CTI users might experience the following behavior if they have Push Keep Alive driver implemented in their CTI configuration.

Login/Logout CTI buttons do not get updated when users clicks on them.

1. Log into Siebel application.

2. Make Call button is enabled (as expected)
3. Click on Login button
4. Login button is still enabled (after successful login it should be disabled)
5. Logout is disabled (it should be enabled after successful login)

 

Research:
Root cause of this issue in libsscmimed.so library.

Here is the scenario to verify it:
1) Remove “Push Keep Alive” profile configuration & use 8.1.1.9 libsscmimed.so.
