Cfg State Code not being updated in modify order for some products

Hi,

- we create an order with some products. One of them is engine picked Item, Product A. Product A can Product AC which is not present at the moment.
- we create a modify order and via econfigurator add product AC.
- siebel modifies cfg state code field value of A product with "User Request item"
- the new value of cfg state code field is not updated during asset synchronization, so we have the following scenario:
- Product A: cfg state code remains as "engine picked item". Product AC: cfg state code has "user requested item"

Why is Cfg State Code not being updated?
