Architectural changes between RPAS 13.1 and RPAS 13.4

I am looking for Architectural changes between RPAS 13.1 and RPAS 13.4 versions.

a) If a customer still sticks to rpas classic client, any noticeable change?

b) If the customer moves to rpas fusion client, what are the changes? weblogic?
