ST2540 array disk see as 'array spare' roel while it should be in 'data' role

Hello,
After disk replacement we see now following alarm:
Alarm Id : alarm21
Severity : Major
Type : 2540.ProblemEvent
Topic : REC_VOLUME_HOT_SPARE_IN_USE
Event Code : 70.66.1021
Date : 2013-03-21 02:31:29
Device : psmf-stor1[SUN.540-7198-01.0923BE5CD4]
Description : A hot spare is in use. The affected virtual disk is 2, failed drive(s) Tray.85.Drive.04, spare(s) used Tray.85.Drive.04, the affected volume(s) ALU_smfname
All disks are ok and vdisks also:
