scrub and resilvering running at the same time ?

Hi folks,short story : a scrub was running and a disk has failed.

zpool status is as follows.

 pool: mypool
state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices is currently being resilvered.  The pool will
       continue to function, possibly in a degraded state.
action: Wait for the resilver to complete.
scan: resilver in progress since Sat Mar 23 01:06:38 2013
   15.6T scanned out of 34.3T at 76.2M/s, 71h21m to go  <<< scrub
   381G resilvered, 45.56% done <<< resilvering
