Is it possible to set a field using RCOIS Service

Hi,

We are making use of RCOIS BS to create the Order Line Items (for Order requests coming to Siebel from External System). The Line Items are getting created as per the default Product Hierarchy.

The client wants to set few fields on the Line Item. Is there a way to use the RCOIS method to set the field value on the Line Items.

Part 2 of the above question:
I am aware of the Siebel Bulk Module where Fields can be specified in the Actions applet of the Bulk Request and those get processed by the Bulk process. Can you guide me with what is the underlying business service/process which performs this as part of Bulk request.
