TeleSales UWQ - Marekting List Visibility issue

Created Campaign Schedule with target group using Marketing user responsibility associated with OU Vision Operations.

Assigned this Schedule to Telsales individual resoruce.

Same resource has access to TeleSales Agent, Vision Operatios and TeleSales Agent, Vision Communication. The assigned list is visble from UWQ of both responsibilities.

How can we make it visible to Vision Operations OU only from where Schedule/list was created?

Business Scenario: one OU Marketing List will be used to promote its own products. Call Center (TeleSales Agent) are shared among OUs.

Say one agent has access to TeleSales Agent, Vision Operations and TeleSales Agent, Vision Communication. Need to ensure that list created from Marketing Vision Opertaions should be visible in TeleSales Agent, Vision Operations responsibility so that agent can do further actions (quote, order etc.) for Vision operations only.
