patch 14254641 ESA language patch it got stuck with below in error log.

Hi All,
Customer is  applying patch 14254641. We have ESA language in addition to US base language.
Base laguage patch was applied successfully. But while applying ESA language patch it got stuck with below in error log.
FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afsload.lct @POS:patch/115/import/ESA/posgrant.ldt - UPLOAD_MODE=NLS WARNINGS=TRUE

Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.

Calling FNDLOAD function.
