Perf Issue on Conc Req Set , Find Concurrent Request Set actual completion time of each program

Hi Experts,

Env: 11.5.10.2

We have introduced some new codes to existing concurrent request set, result of that, we see lots perf issue and need to find track which program runs longer within the set and why it takes longer time

so, Need a query to find start time & end time of each concurrent program of particular concurrent request set  

Also, Please help me to troubleshoot the performance issue on concurrent program and its underlying program level to track whether it is perf issue at concurrent mgr level or sql level
