Build Submitted instead of Build Completed Successfully

Issue:-

I get the following message when I submit a package,

Build Submitted

It should be Build Completed Successfully to deploy the package.

The machine is installed with PY.

What I tried :-

I tried with logging using different user names and roles.

I tried with some other machines with the same user name and with the same path code(PY), there I get Build Completed Successfully message.

How can I troubleshoot the affected PCs ?
