Efficiency Percentages

Hi,on 11g R2 we ran an AWR report that gives the following :

Instance Efficiency Percentages (Target 100%)

Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd %:   73.06     % Non-Parse CPU:   76.07

 Shared Pool Statistics        Begin    End

             Memory Usage %:   79.84   77.98
    % SQL with executions>1:   90.71   91.49
  % Memory for SQL w/exec>1:   98.14   98.49

Are they efficient values ?
