View only Workflow Admisnistrator reposnsibility for clerks

Hi,

We have Workflow administrator responsibility for super users, who have privilege to reassign, cancel any self-service transaction via status monitor.

Now, The department clerks most of the time call us to check where their transaction is waiting, we want to give them Workflow administrator responsibility to see just their own transactions but READ ONLY.

Also we don't want to disturb the access for existing super users.

Any possibilities?
