Related Person Life Events getting detected

Gurus,

I have my New Hire LE set up as

Name - New Hire

Type - Work

Ocured Date Determination - Date Event Occurred

Selectable for Self Service - All

Ovveride Flag - Yes

Trigger

Person Changes - Hire an Employee

Table Name - PER_PERSON_TYPE_USAGES_F

Column Name - PERSON_TYPE_ID

Old Value - No Value

New Value - Employee

Now, the issue is when i create an employee and process LE, New Hire gets detected . i process it and everything seems to be good.

When I add contacts to the employee,  and then I try to re-process 'New Hire' LE again i find Under Related Life Event Tab
