ACH file and Key Bank

I am looking for feedback from anyone that is using Key Bank and also using their ACH file transfer functionality.  I have this setup with JDE and I am getting a leading zero error from Key.  I have sent this error file along with our JDE file to Oracle and the output is correct per Oracle and Key is saying that it is not.

I am wondering if anyone is using Key for this process with no issues or if they tried and couldn't get it to work.

Very frustrated!!!  Ugh!!!!
