12.1.3: Q - Oracle Financials Recommended Patch Collection (RPC) Question

Welcome to the ebs patching community,
This thread will address your following Question -

Oracle recommended us to apply the RPC patch (Note - [ID 954704.1]) to be latest with the patches and solutions to the other bugs. We had an issue in GL intercompan/intra company Journals posted even when they are out of balance and opened a SR. In this SR, fix was provided plus to apply four (4) patches (10248276, 11723139, 11883614 and 11895700).

When, I looked at the Read me for the RPC Note - 954704.1. Only one patch 11895700 included in the RPC

Question is - Does the latest RPC includes all the four patches (10248276, 11723139, 11883614 and 11895700) somewhere within the patches ? or should we apply 3 patches (10248276, 11723139, 11883614 ) and RPC. Please advise.
