US PAY: NY Metro Mobility Employer Liability

Has anyone successfully been able to track the NY Metro Mobility employer liability with an element?  If so, would you be able to share how you did that?  Or, have you found documentation on Oracle Support to provide instructions on how to track this employer liability?  We are currently having to calculate this charge manually.  Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
