What is the meaning of annual_deprn_rounding_flag = RES

Hi,

 I am trying to understand the meaning behind the meaning of the value "RES" for column

annual_deprn_rounding_flag .
I was able to find other values for this column: ADJ and NULL, but cannot find meaning for the RES. Also please let me know the implication on depreciation calculation.
