OTL: Timecard Status Dashboard

Is there a similar page for OTL Timekeeper to see the timecard status? The attached is the Timecard Status Dashboad a supervisor can see from Supervisor Self-Service. Some of our supervisord  want want Timekeeper to help monitoring the timecard status of the employee. However, without the hierachy as the superviosor, the timekeeper can't really make use of the page. Anyone has an idea of how to achive this goal?
