Creating Oracle Service Agreement through OM for end customer

In our implementation, we have situation where reseller send PO but actual customer is End Customer. We have enabled End customer filed on Order, which are passed as Install Base owner. But Contract is created with OM customer (Using OM Lines > Actions > Service contract Details > New). We need End Customer as the contract customer. Is there any workaround to achieve this functionality?
