Database backups using OEM 12c

Hi All,

Greetings of the day. Hope everyone is doing great.  I Just a very good discussion about scheduling backups in OEM 12c in https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=10315453

Just want to know more about the "Scheduling backups in OEM12c"  Right now in our env we have a centralized RMAN script used to take RMAN backups of databases.

How can the OEM 12c be leveraged to take backups?  What OEM12c can do and cannot do?   and need more information on it.
