Upgrade solution explorer after the first upgrade

We have performed a succesfull upgrade from 8.12 to 9.1, but after making some changes in custom menus in 8.12 we want to migrate again to 9.1.
Could you tell which steps are involved to make an upgrade for solution explorer only?
