Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Database Utilities (MOSC)

Imp is very slow

Hi All,

Imp of 20g dumpfile is taking 23 hours to complete in one db,whereas the same tales 4 hours to complete in another database.

Both the db's are hosted in the same server,

db version: 11.1.0.7

o/s: sun os

parfile= dumpfile=expdp_schemas.dmp logfile=impdp_schemas.log directory=IMP schemas=usera,userb,userc,userd,usere,userf

what could be the reason for it?
