Hi,

patch 12964564 failing relinking of executables windows platform

We  are trying to implement patch 13418800 following steps in note 1456556.1

Note 1456556.1 >>> mentions applying 12964564 as post install step if not already applied. We are stuck here.

The adrelink.log file shows :
