Setup to automatically Close PO When Received or Invoiced ???

Hi ALL, Hope you all fine I just wanted to know what are the basic setups requires to automatically Close the PO when Received or Invoiced ??

Here in mine organization the po get automatically clsoed once it is reecived but i dont how to do that ?? I mean there must be something behind which entials the ways on the basis of which the PO gets Close Automatically ?? me wanted to know that ???
