How to use xsl file with xml

Hi all,
I use xml publisher for creating several reports in Oracle Application.

I want to know how to use xsl file for formating the RTF file or the output file?

how to create the xsl file according to the xml and rtf file and how to import it into Oracle Application ( XML Publisher )?
