Ruleset Run Status Processing

 I am using Planning 11.1.2.1  I have a ruleset that includes 8 rules.  I run the ruleset once, and all of the rules within it says that they are all completed but the ruleset still says that it is processing.  If I attempt to run the ruleset again, it throws an error.  I believe that it is telling me that it is still processing, but the second time I ran it all rules say completed, but the ruleset is still set to processing.  I am kind of confused on why this is.
