How to entre the Inventory Item into the Main Store of iProcurement ??

Hi ALL, Hope you people fine and Ok too.
i just created the no. of item and assign then in no. of inventory org and using them too. Now while trying to create the Requisition in iProcurement I am unable to have all these item into the Main Store of iProcurement page ??

Question is that how these items could comes into the iProcurement and we able to use them ??
