Information Required When Logging a Service Request for Oracle Hyperion Financial Close Management (

  Please provide the following information when logging a Service request for FCM-ARM:

To gather the required logs and system reports, please execute the following (IN ORDER):

 

1)   Generate Registry report (on ONE of the EPM servers)

To generate a registry report:

• Open a command line window and navigate to EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE/bin.
• Run the command epmsys_registry.bat(.sh)

By default, the report is saved as EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE/diagnostics/reports/registry.html.

2)  Generate Deployment report (on ONE of the EPM servers)

To generate a deployment report:

• Open a command line window and navigate to EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE/bin.
• Run the command epmsys_registry report deployment
