standby problem

dear all, i need your help and experience,
i had a problem with hdd failure, and after server bring online, database had problem.

this is the standby database, (dataguard physical configurations)  so no backup are for this DB.

i have created a new standby control file for standby, restore to the system and now i try to make recover but its shows me error :

channel ORA_DISK_1: sid=1090 devtype=DISK
allocated channel: ORA_DISK_2
channel ORA_DISK_2: sid=1089 devtype=DISK
allocated channel: ORA_DISK_3

datafile 14 not processed because file is read-only
