ANSI-834 Benefit Enrollment Extract Process – Full File - Question

Can anyone who has used the ANSI-834 Benefit Enrollment Extract Process to generate full files provide some tips as to how they extract all current benefit enrollments and terminated benefits?

Using a selection criteria of Enrollment Coverage During Period will generate a file of all current enrollments for the time period selected.

That portion works nicely. But that excludes anyone who had benefits terminated prior to the date range used.

Date tracking is often used to enter earlier dates (benefit termination or employee termination). Those dates may be prior to the last run date.

Can someone offer advice on how to get current enrollments and recently terminated benefits (ie DTP*349 record created) when the Full File option is being used?
