In all OSM WebLogic Server, the JVM should have this option -Djava.io.tmpdir=./do_not_del

This applies to all OSM installations, you should create a directory do_not_delete under WebLogic domain directory.
This will make WebLogic save OSM compiled files in webLogic_domain/do_not_delete directory, so these files will not be saved in public temp directory which are subject to cleaning operations.
Some customer faced this issue in their production OSM.
