E1:RTE Is there a RTE BPEL sample for WLS?

I have a customer that has set up RTE to communicate to a third party via Oracle SOA suite and the BPEL process that reads from the JMS queue is not being able to read it successfully to process the event to third party.  There is a OAS sample DOC ID 663607.1 that can be found in the RTE master document DOC ID 1156395.1, which has not been updated for WLS 10.3.5 and tools release 9.1.X. Please let me know if there are any additional resources that can assist my customer on how to read the JMS queue successfully. The event is making it sucessfully to the JMS queue so what is needed is how to read the event from SOA.
