How can i find out the 12.1.3 instance we are using is avalible with all the latest patches.

Good Day All,

How can i find out if the 12.1.3 instance we are using is of latest version and with all the patches installed wrt to EAM.

I am facing lot many issue with the instance, especiallly with the self service pages in EAM.

when we search in the metalink it suggest us some patch.

Just whant to clarify, if we get a new 12.1.3 instance, how can we confirm that it is of latest version with all the required patches applied wrt EAM.
