Q: If employee has not tag House Rent Information element from Apr-12. he is getting a benefit of both Transport and HRA Exemption under Sec-10? What will be the issue?
A: Please ensure that House Rnet Information element entry is created w.e.f 1st April of every financial year and it should hold same values across the whole Financial year.
Please check if the element setup for Arrears HRA is set as per suggested by Oracle. Arrear Taxable HRA is newly introduced to handle the retrospective HRA calculations aptly
Please also make sure that you've applied all the mandatory patches and made necessary changes as per read me of the budget patch
