Need to know any extra considerations when applying Jan 2013 CPU patches

 Hi,
We have not applied CPU patches since past 2 years and are planning to apply Jan 2013 CPU patches.  Please advice if we need to take any extra considerations in doing so, or we can go ahead and apply Jan 2013  patch directly as applicable.
