"LOY Redemption Services" web service operation "GetPriceOptions" not working

Hi,

I have redemptions working fine through the UI. However when I use the "LOY Redemption Services" web service operation "GetPriceOptions" the response is giving me the error message "SBL-LTY-50139: Invalid Partner Product Offering.".

Any thoughts why they work in the UI but not the web service?
