Wizard - Position Query Definitions (Save / Delete) options can be disabled?

I am looking at using the WizardPQD load options from the back-hand, and would like the Save / Delete option to be disabled, so the user cannot change or delete the loaded PQD's.

Do we have a way to disable these options on the wizard front-end.
