Microsoft OLE Action Error

We are using ADI 7.2 and Office Excell 2007.

The user has created a budget and is trying to download into Excel 2007.  The process starts fine in ADI, Excel opens, and the messages along the bottom of the spreadsheet start appear (Actuals Refresh - retriiveing blanaces for....).  Then excel displays the message: Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action.

How do we resolve this issue?
