Default sysdate on oaf forms through personalization and no code modifications?

Hi,
I'm looking for a away to default sysdate into a field on the web form in iproc through personalization and no code changes. Is this possible? Everything online is saying to modify the VO, so I'd really like to avoid that. Does anyone have any recommendations?
