Defaulting 'Enable All Sites' in CPA form (12.1.3)

Hello,

I have a requirement to default the 'Enable All Sites' checkbox on the PO(POXPOEPO) form (when selecting Type: Contract Purchase Agreement).

Can someone tell me how this can be accomplished?
