On the Sales Order form, invoice data on "Additional Line Information" screen is often blank
We've noticed that for some orders, invoice information appears when the user goes to the sales order screen/lines/Actions -> Additional Line Information. However, for some invoices this entire form is blank. There is no data on any tab whatsoever.
What causes data to be populated for some orders and not for other orders? As you might guess, the ones that don't display any information are the orders I'm working on right now!
