Compatibility 32 bit (Server) vs 64 bit (Client)

Hi,

We are trying to find an answer for the below questions on the compability. Can you please help?

 

 Siebel servers (Application servers) are = 2003 Windows XP Enterprise Edition OS

                                                                      on 32 BIT

  Planning to upgrade client macines to =  IE9 and Windows 7 

                                                                    on 64 BIT

  Does siebel 8.1.1.10 work on above combination?

  Your help is greatly appreciated.
