Setting up Favorites in JDE 9.1

Is anyone aware of the maximum number of favorites that a user can setup. My understanding was that one should be able to setup any number of favorites. Is there a CNC setup for this. We have users complaining that they are unable to see favorites beyond a certain limit. Probably the scroll bar is missing when they view the favorites.
