US PAY: Third Party Applications for Printing Checks/Advices ?
We run our US payroll in the Oracle EBS Payroll system (version 12.0). We run the Check Writer program to generate payroll checks and third party garnishment checks. We also run the Deposit Advice program to generate deposit advices. We currently use Bottomline's PayBase 32 application to print the checks and advices. Unfortunately, Bottomline has announced that they plan to sunset the PayBase 32 application. So we are considering options for replacing PayBase 32 including purchasing another Bottomline application, printing the checks and advices directly from Oracle, and other third party check/advice printing applications.
I was wondering if other Oracle EBS Payroll customers generate their checks and advices in Oracle and then use a third party application to print them. If you do, I would appreciate it if you could share what you are using and your overall impression of the product. Thank you.
